In the first few shows I used a 35mm SLR camera as the starting point on my journey to collect and interpret images, but this time I looked at more instant forms of photography and imposing, then exploiting the limitations of inexpensive digital cameras and simple point and shoot 35mm cameras.

In this show, some of the source images where captured with one of the first available digital cameras - a Ricoh 640x480 pixel unit that was supplied to me a test unit while I was teaching at Swinburne University. Most of the others were taken with a simple Olympus [mju:]-1 auto focus 35mm compact camera.

So I've started with the technical limitations and used them as a foil to my creative ideas. I hope you enjoy the results.
