Marketing Collateral - Photomontage Beacon BEAMassist Beacon's BEAMassist product was a piece of desktop software that was run off a USB key. The software was created to remove the problem of network latency that occurred in heavy use of budgeting software once per year, thus increasing stress to accountants. This is a Photoshop composite of three photos from the iStockPhoto library. The image of the man in a suit was originally on a desk. The horizon was in another image and the sky came from a third. Reflecting the sky in the water below was also done in Photoshop to give the effect of floating calm. Work undertaken
Marketing Collateral - Photomontage Beacon IT Group Training Guide This image was used on the cover of the User Guide for Beacon BIDS. The sky on the screens is taken from the background image. This is a Photoshop composite of two photos from the iStockPhoto library. The computer displays were in a classroom and had blank screens. Work undertaken
Marketing Collateral - Photomontage Kerry Davis Web Site Graphics As part of the re-design of the web site for Kerry Davis Real Estate I wanted to use some photomontage images that represented each of the different services that the company provided to their customers. The objects in images are mostly based on stock images. The background is my photograph of a page of classified advertising. Of note is the "Sold" stamps added to the eggs in the nest and the adding of a house image and purple tinting to the rolodex image. Work undertaken
Marketing Collateral - Photomontage ACT Greens In 2008 the ACT Greens held an art exhibition and auction as part of their fundraising for a local Assembly ACT election. I designed the website and advertising promotional items for this event, including a postcard that was distributed through AvantCard. This illustration was assembled in Photoshop and taken from individual catalogue photos of some of the submitted artworks. The paintings were all "placed" on a stock image illustrated easel and I added shadows and the vignette background. Work undertaken
Marketing Collateral - Photomontage ACT Greens One of the major topics of the 2008 ACT Assembly election was the “green washing” by the major parties trying to improve their environmental credentials. The concept for the postcard was suggested by the campaign office and it developed under their direction. The artwork is done completely in Photoshop. All of the control settings and the public transport “spin” image in the middle of the machine were added as layers and merged with an original photo of a campaign workers' washing machine. Marketing Collateral - Photomontage Stephen Holmes In the late 1990s Apple had a laptop that had a removable clear acrylic top that allowed you to put your own artwork in it. This was my @hitch-hiker design that featured some textures, layers and 3D rendering skills in Photoshop. Work undertaken
